Account & Login 7 questions

To register, you'll need: full name, Bangladeshi mobile number, email address, date of birth (must be 18+), a preferred username, and a strong password. You may also be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification later.

Registration is completely free. No fees whatsoever.

Just one. Under 38bd's policy, each person, mobile number, or device is allowed only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any deposited funds being forfeited.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳1,000. For mobile banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket), the minimum is ৳500.

Mobile banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad) withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. During peak hours it may take slightly longer, but if it exceeds 24 hours, please contact support.

38bd generally does not charge withdrawal fees. However, gateway charges may apply for certain payment methods. Any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm your withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests go through a manual review process first — this is standard procedure. If your request remains pending beyond the expected timeframe, grab the transaction ID from the Financial Transactions page and contact support.

Once placed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, some markets offer a Cash Out option, which lets you settle a bet before the match ends to secure a partial profit or limit your loss.
